The Brazilian street artist, Vinicius Quesada, likes to add a shock value to his artwork. He makes incredibly detailed psychedelic art of violent geishas, smoking monkeys, and other apocalyptic imagery. I had a dream. I saw Khizir and Colleen and they were cheating with each other on their mates. And everyone around down was whispering about it. And then someone was beating up Grant and I had to go defend him and later he called me and asked if we could “hang out, watch movies, >continueing list of things I don’t remember<, kiss” and I didn’t want too so I said “I’ll talk to you about it later.”

So then I went inside my “work” (which was at some law firm or large bank apparently And I wasn’t in my regular work clothes, So I had to change in the “bathrooms” which were these toilets against a wall with no stall around them in any way shape or form. So I changed and then started up the stairs. However, the stairs were a series of complicated rooms/hallways. What I mean by that, is that you had too FIND the staircase inside a room that was down a hallway. They could even be in closets or other rooms inside the rooms. Rachel came out and was either drunk or high and was joking about helping me look. She pointed me in all the wrong directions.

Next I was at Sarah Piper’s house. And I walked outside with her and we grabbed pebbles and rice together and felt the textures and let them slip through our fingers. We then looked up at the moon and his face was really defined.

“If you have an exhibition, most uneducated people won’t even know about it. But if you have art like graffiti in the street, everyone can see that … If we can do graffiti all over the city, there will be nobody who doesn’t know about art.”

Afghan street artist Shamsia, 24, paints on the street walls in Kabul, Afghanistan. The young artist says she hopes her public art can have a positive effect in Afghanistan. A contemporary art painter, she took to graffiti easily despite the restrictions imposed by her gender.
